big moments, nimble footprint.

At the NRF Convention, Microsoft wanted to do more than show off products. They wanted to reimagine the store itself. Enter RzrSport: a modular, surf-inspired pop-up shop powered by Surface, Kinect, and Microsoft Hub. Built to move, scale, and adapt, RzrSport fused retail storytelling with connected tech to prove that small spaces can deliver big, brand-building experiences.

Physical retail has long lagged behind digital in adaptability and intelligence. RzrSport changed that. We built a connected store technology framework designed to give associates and customers smarter tools to interact, personalize, and engage. From interactive surfaces to motion-triggered content, the experience allowed every screen and sensor to talk to each other—creating a responsive, data-aware environment that felt more like a digital ecosystem than a brick-and-mortar store.

Every element was designed to inspire trust, boost product understanding, and create shareable brand moments—proving that even a container pop-up can carry flagship impact.
