Microsoft came to us with a challenge: enhance in-store retail engagement, fast. In response, we concepted and created a co-shopping experience on our Razorshop product—a live prototype of where customer digital engagement is headed. Transparent touchscreen screens (for vending or window displays). NFC-enabled devices (so users could tap-and-go). Multi-screen Surface demos. And co-shopping ecosystem where in-store and remote collaboration merged in real-time. All built in weeks—designed to prove what’s possible.
