Retail was changing fast, and Adobe knew the next frontier wasn’t just online—it was everywhere. To show how their ecosystem could deliver true omnichannel shopping experiences, they turned to Razorfish’s Emerging Experiences team. Together, we built Razorshop: a fully connected, in-store experience that brought Adobe Experience Manager, Campaign, and Screens into physical retail spaces. The prototype featured BLE-powered loyalty integration, associate tools, and dynamic displays—giving retailers the power to meet customers where they were and respond in real time.
Premiered at Adobe Summit, then went on a global tour from Salt Lake City to London
Became a permanent installation in Razorfish’s London office and innovation labs
Sparked new client engagements by showing Adobe's enterprise tech in real-world action
Demonstrated that omnichannel integration could drive better engagement, higher basket size, and lower marketing costs
